Nylon Cable Glands Compression

Cable Glands are used to firmly secure electrical cable entering a piece of equipment and to provide a seal between the external and internal surfaces of the equipment. Cable Glands are designed to protect cable as it passes through walls, cabinets, or switchboards. Unlike grommets, Cable Glands tighten around the wire to act as a seal.

KT’s range of Nylon Cable Glands are tested and certified to IP68 in accordance with AS1939-1990.

Features

• KT Nylon Cable Glands are manufactured using UL approved Nylon PA66 (Flammability UL 94V-2).
• Thread: Metric, PG, G(PF), and NPT thread
• The claws and seals of excellent design, sealing nut have a “click”sound and re-open, can hold cable firmly and have a wider cable range.
• Resistant to salt water, weak acid, alcohol, oil, grease and common solvency.
