RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At DYSC Marine Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, we have outlined our policy below to make the process as smooth as possible.


Return Window

You have seven (7) days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this timeframe.


Condition of Return

To be eligible for a full refund, the items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all tags still attached. They must also be returned in the original packaging, as some of our display items may have different packaging. Please remember to include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  •  Sale and Clearance Items: Due to the discounted nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for sale or clearance items.
  •  Custom Merchandise: Custom products, including special orders and personalized items, cannot be returned.
  •  Hazardous Materials: For safety reasons, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or paints.
  •  Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Make a Return

  •  Request a Return: Before sending anything back, please initiate a return by filling out the return form. This will help us process your return efficiently.
  •  Pack Your Return Securely: Carefully pack your return items in the original packaging (if available) or a sturdy box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
  •  Ship Your Return: You are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to DYSC Marine Supplies.
  •  Track Your Return: We recommend using a registered postal service with pre-paid postage and obtaining a tracking number for your return. DYSC Marine Supplies is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods during return shipment.

Return Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.


Refunds

Approved Returns: If the returns are approved, you will be entitled to a full refund amount of the purchase price, and the applicable fee will be deducted, including the restocking fee and original shipping cost ($15 min on free shipping over $200)

Non-Approved Returns: If the return is not approved due to the fact that it doesn't meet the conditions mentioned in the policy, you will be informed. You will be provided the option to have those item/items shipped back at your own expense. 

Damaged Items

If the received item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via email at sales@discountyachting.com.au. We will try to resolve the issue quickly. We offer you a replacement or a full refund that includes any return shipping costs due to our error (we are human after all) 


Exchange Policy:

If you want to exchange/replace an item for a different size or color, you can do that by following the return process that is mentioned above and placing a new order for the desired item.
