DELIVERY

Our delivery time for Australian destinations (once processed) is between 3 and 12 working days depending on the destination and what your delivery requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware of a delay and keep you updated with the status of your order. Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Delivery address:  Your delivery address must be a physical address where consignment can be signed for or left in a safe place. Unless notified  we will allow couriers ATL (authority to leave)

STORE PICKUP

All products in stock will be available for pick up after you have been notified. This will usually take 1 business day. This will allow us time to process your order. Once your order has been processed we will notify you that your item/s are ready for pick up. Products can only be picked up during our trading hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 – 5:00 Saturday morning (only by prior arrangement).

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping on smaller items this covers the labor charge to pack and send you item along with consumables such as packaging, tape etc.

for orders under $200 express post will be $18.50

For orders over $200 we offer Free standard shipping

For express post on order over $200 will be an additional $4

Please note we do not ship some items such as paints, flare, heavy items like chain and anchors.

We now offer delivery in Victoria for some Dangerous Goods. There will be additional charges for this automatically worked out in your cart on delivery.

Some bulky and heavy items will have a freight surcharge added in you cart prior to check out.
