Freight Policy


Due to the large volume of products that we sell, there may be a 1-2 business day processing time to process any orders, and to pick and organize shipping. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.


Our delivery time for Australian destinations (once processed) is between 3 and 12 working days depending on the destination and what your delivery requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware of a delay and keep you updated with the status of your order. Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Delivery address:  Your delivery address must be a physical address where consignment can be signed for or left in a safe place. Unless notified  we will allow couriers ATL (authority to leave)

Store Pickup

All products in stock will be available for pick up after you have been notified. This will usually take 1 business day. This will allow us time to process your order. Once your order has been processed we will notify you that your item/s are ready for pick up. Products can only be picked up during our trading hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 – 5:00 Saturday morning (only by prior arrangement).

Shipping Method

We use a mixture of couriers which helps us organize the best and quickest service for delivery of your items.

For orders over $200 we offer free shipping. This does not include any items we don't offer shipping such and dangerous goods or oversized items etc.
